THE INITIAL SCREENING WILL BEGIN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER. 1ST AND RUN THROUGH SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER, 12Th. ALL EXACT TIMES WILL BE POSTED. ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE.
Challenge Details:
YOU WILL BE MEASURED IN THE FOLLOWING CRITICAL AREAS:
- WEIGHT
- BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
- SKELETAL MUSCLE PERCENTAGE
- VISCERAL FAT PERCENTAGE
- BMI PERCENTAGE
YOU WILL ACCUMULATE POINTS BY:
- ATTENDING SPIN CLASSES (POINTS GIVEN ON NO MORE THAN 4 SPIN CLASSES PER WEEK)
- WORKING WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
- RMR TEST (RESTING METABOLIC RATE)
- MEAL PLANS BY A REGISTERED DIETICIAN BASED ON RMR (34 CATEGORIES TO CHOSE FROM)
- VO2 TEST
OUR FOCUS IS ON BEING BALANCED:
- CARDIO AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK
- WEIGHT TRAINING AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK
- NUTRITION AND HEALTHY EATING
YOU WILL BE MEASURED AT THE BEING (BASE LINE) AT SIX WEEKS AND AT TWELVE WEEKS
